Sci-fi MMORTS? with decent graphics?

That's what I'm looking for..any suggestions? I want the whole building your own empire/civilization/armada feel, with lots of meaningful pvp, meaning you actually gain something if you win, politics, and some pretty graphics. 3-d would be ideal, but, I'll take brower-based if I have to. Must be persistent, meaning, not a wipe every so often, but a gameworld that goes on, whether you're logged in or not.

    build camps, more camps = more money, build defenses in your camps.. only one that locks when you log off is your "main" camp.   you defend your unlocked camps via MDN mutual defense network.... raiding is done FPS style with "rovers" which are tank like vehicles you customize and command.  Tons of turrets, 4 Factions.. Toyco, BruteForce, Infrastruct, Extreme.. each has there own styles.. fire, arty, beam etc
