How can two items be justified as a cash shop? Are you serious? Even beyond that they really don't give you anything.... it might be something players MIGHT want, but you defiantly don't need. It's just silly to call it a cash shop.

For now. Just wait.If you like the game just play it and don't worry about a cash shop. Sure it's a buisness they need to make money. Maybe they want a lot so they can do a lot with the game.... It can go two ways... one they can make a lot of money with shops/monthly fees and not do crap with the game, or two they can make lotsa and improve a lot on the game. Keep an open mind,

Two guilds go to war. 20 players each. . one side has the dog companion. . the other doesn't. . . Guild A has 80 more slots for ammo etc.
Not a game breaker but why not just a dog companion. . because it wouldn't sell as well without the item slots. . because they are valuable.

The logical fallacy you're employing is called "post hoc ergo propter hoc," which translates as "after this therefore because of this." It's possible that the rating is going down because they added a cash shop -- but there's no way to know. Maybe the rating is going down because "Fallen Earth" simply doesn't deserve to be rated so highly. (My own rating averaged out to 6.1, and I'm currently subscribed to the game, though not for long.)
In its current state, the game doesn't deserve to be anywhere near the top 10. Of course, looking at the current top 10, I personally think only three of those games actually belong there. So. . . I just don't take the ratings on this site very seriously.

You must be new around here. The rating fluctuates frequently and that's just how it is - for any game. Until it 's around 15 or 20 down the list, it's not even worth mentioning.

I think it's funnier that you seem to care so much about a game you don't play. Seems like your life could use some serious prioritizing.
As for the game, I don't play it much anymore so that "fanboi" label isn't really justifiable. I won't deny that there are some recent changes that I'm not particularly happy with, but to try and imply that the game is spiraling to it's death simply because it dropped a few spots on one particular website is a bit of an overstatement.
All of the speculating aside, I'm genuinely curious here - why do you care what happens to this game? Serious question.
