I think all the mappings can be set if you have enough buttons. The only issue is the hotbar, which can be stuck to an analog stick, but would sacrifice the camera utility unless you made it a combined function of a shoulder button + that stick.
I figure I could do it on my ancient Saitek, and maybe I'll try to see what I can do with it a bit later. Was already gonna charge it up and bind settings for dungeon fighter, might as well try DDO on it.

Hey guys, I was just wondering if it was possible to use say...Logitech's Cordless Rumble Pad 2 for this game?
Here is a link to a DDO thread that lists several player's configurations with a gamepad and general advice. It's a bit dated, and most use some sort of PS control clone (although 1 did mention a rumble pad), but it might give you some ideas about the general options and popular schemes.
I'm a keyboarder, so I can't really say one way or the other if this is useful.
