Why do they not? Why is there a lack of mmo iphone apps..?

I expect MMOs to go mobile eventually. HOwever not in the way we play MMOs these days. MMOs right now require time dedication of 1-3+ hours. That kind of time cannot happen when you're 'on the go'.

 

I expect more MMO style mini games that people will play on their mobile devises. Follow the 'four square' trends , thats likely where you will see the MMOs start to play out.

 

If I had decent coding abilities I would make a few myself.

although i played some mmo game on iphone 3gs and it was not fun.. and got tired after 5 mins... dont see how this can work

surprisingly there are a couple of iphone mmorpgs. Pocket Legend is one of them- no idea what it is like, however.

Sorry also I was referring about the site. Mmorpg.com should have an iphone app!

I dont believe iPhone MMOs have obtained neither a degree of achievement nor recognition to come anywhere close to MMORPG.Com status. If MMORPG.COm does expect a huge request from web-based MMO's for similar listings
