This review is based on over 4 years of my experience of playing Illutia. Each feature of the game will be reviewed separately. This review reflects the game's current features(as of this year or so), and because the game doesn't get updated often or receive anything new much, the review would most likely be accurate and up to date even in 2 years or more.
Graphics: Graphics are relatively poor compared to other 2D MMORPGs out there, but they are not too bad. There are some bugs with certain equipment that would make it appear odd and go off the character's body, along with some other minor issues - but they are not serious.
Sound/music: Illutia has no sound or music other than some minor skill and background ones that are pretty short and pointless.
Community: Very small community and also rude and arrogant. At times, no matter how nice you are, you'll get mocked or made fun of. And at times, you'll get a lot of help and respect. However, the community is very small to experience such things often and you'll often see the game towns nearly empty and abandoned. Most high level players are either training(at high level maps which you can't enter) and some will be AFK in town. Today you won't see over 30 players online at any given time, and on average, 20 players online is what you'll usually see.
Gameplay: Illutia is mostly based on repetitive grinding, with simple and relatively poor hack and slash experience. Hunting monsters is probably the only useful option left to do at the higher levels. At lower levels, you're basically stuck with the same option. The game generally gets boring very often, especially when there's nobody to talk to because half of the players online are afk or training while not paying attention to anybody talking to them, and hunting monsters is really simplistic and repetitive. There is no depth in Illutia's gameplay, overall, and can easily get boring within minutes.
Performance: Illutia has fine performance, you won't really experience any lag or anything, although that's not really something to be taken seriously.
Value: The game is free, however, there are donation items which are definitely not worth donating for on Illutia. They are pretty expensive and get useless eventually.
Support: Terrible. You probably won't even receive a reply from their support address(which is the only way to get support), and even if you do receive a reply, it will take a long time for them to help you solve your problem.
Overall: As I said in my rating of the game: Illutia is a boring and miserable game with bad support and boring gameplay along with arrogant and way too small community. Definitely not worth playing - stay away.
