Could someone tell me what to do? i got the open betakey from them in muy mail, but when i go to the tester website where i should dowload the client, and try to log in, it's not letting me in...I've mailed support but it's been 4 days and got no reply yet...

Same problem, have you downloaded the client from Fileplanet? You can download it there, the FF14 launcher is crap, but therer are torrents out for the patches. There is a guide out that has a link to those torrents, its in a post on this forum.
The support people will just say that you are able to log in if you have a beta account. This is not true, I am currently playing and I can't enter the tester site. This is not a huge problem, but you can't get to the Beta Manual. This is vital I have figured out. There is a somewhat good-ish tutorial ingame, but its sorely lacking when it comes to secondary things like Jobs... maybe not that secondary, but at least you can play the game without.
I have a question, Is there a way to get that manual withouth having to go to the tester site? If so, could you kindly point the way, cause I can't find it?

Ok i just followed the link to the launcher given by FF itself; i will try the one from fileplanet i hope it works as i could only ding USA links while i'm in europe, so not sure if my key will even work on a us launcher.
I finally got in, the game looks very good , but my PC has some trouble with the graphycs. It looks like you have to find alot out yourself indeed. Looks a promissing game though.

I finally got in, the game looks very good , but my PC has some trouble with the graphycs. It looks like you have to find alot out yourself indeed. Looks a promissing game though.
