Hey guys if anyone has a key they dont need or tryed the game and didnt like it close your account and plz wsp me the code would be greatly appreaciated.

I would like to cut in line, too. My moral objections to the contrary have been almost completely dissolved by my frustration over their lousy beta key handing out process. ;P

You mister obv dont no how it works ....You have to close your account before giving the key you dont actualy give your account info
/sigh up for 7 hours and still no key apped at day 1 of closed beta and nothin
Been trying to get a key for about 9 hours total now. Still no luck. I was at the last page at one point right at 7:06 but it would never go through...never got that far again, and now I just get the "Applications for the FINAL FANTASY XIV Open Beta Test have been temporarily suspended. Please wait until we are ready to accept new applications and then try again." Message...
Getting a bit ridiculous, I'd love a key and I'd love whoever could get me one...
Having gone through some of the Closed Beta I won't feel too bad if I miss out on this... but I wish Square would simply tell us when they are willing to release more keys instead of giving us this vague "check back later" spiel.
Damn didn't know it was gonna be like this.. had the client all updated and everything but no key -_-
Yeah a little more info on the process would be nice. I don't want to keep trying to get a key if they really aren't going to allow more people in.
Yeah now im wondering if i should cancel the preorder and just wait...

Since i cant get a key i would appreciate very much the chance to test the game if someone doesnt want to...
what i did to get my key since i managed to get to the "accept" part before my isp gave me maintenance after hours of refreshing lol i restarted my computer and my modem and went back to the link i saved and BAM got in i noticed u gotta delete ur history once in awhile or ur IE will not let u get passed some of the pages sometimes anyways thats wat i did and it worked restarted modems and pc tried again and success
yeah i got that suspended part too :X but kept trying but i guess now its probably over
I got my key at 10am est time today and have been playing since, so if your trying to get a key it seems they are still being handed out, the game is running great for me so far and is beautiful, i'm reliving my ffxi days all over again with a brand new experience
Confirming application is open. I checked as soon as I got on, just out of sheer habit, and my jaw almost dropped when it forwarded me to the beta agreement. I have an email with a key now.
Same thing just happend for me, registered and got my beta agreement and key instantly, downloading the client as we speak, w00ties for me!!!
Im going to hop on this bandwagon as well. Im frustrated at the lack of beta keys being handed out right now, and with all the complaining i REALLY need to get into this beta so i can decide if its just complaining or if i need to cancel my pre-order. Anyone that tried the game and didn't like it able to toss me their beta key or anyone with an extra key? PM me. Would be much appreciated.
See, I don't think people like this should be invited to be a BETA TESTER, and I'm glad that they haven't been invited. It's not supposed to be a free preview of the game for you. It's to help get things ready for the release, by testing, hence the term beta tester. Too many MMO players have this narcisistic viewpoint that they should be allowed free access to something, and if they don't get it, they bitch and cry foul. Even if I had the ability to offer a key, you'd be the last person I'd give it to. In fact, even if you were the last person, I still wouldn't give you a beta invite.
i agree on that people do get narcissistic i mean what makes them so special out of the hundreds of others who preordered the game as well that only THEY should be able to test testing should be left to testers you cant test anything when u have hundreds of people asking basic things like how do i move every 4 min :P thats left for when the game comes out and people can tell em gtfo and unsub
plus u get a month free anyways :P
