Hot on the heels of PAX, Turbine has provided us with 50 F2P Head Start codes for The Lord of the Rings Online, and we're giving 'em all away!

The LOTRO F2P re-launch will kick off its head start program tomorrow, and if you've never subscribed to the game or participated in the beta test, you'll want to snag one of our 50 codes to get in on the fun early. So, what do you have to do to get a code? Simple. Simply post your request in the comments section below, and the first 50 will receive their codes via PM.

Instructions for use of the LOTRO F2P Head Start codes are available below:


LOTRO Free-to-Play Head Start Codes (to be activated on or after September 8th)

To Use:

-       Create a free account at https://myaccount.turbine.com

-       Enter your head start key and follow instructions to create your account.

-       Download the game for free at www.lotro.com

-       Install and launch the game.

    I wouldn't mind at all revisiting LOTRO for it's F2P re-launch, I'd love a key.
