Has anyone gotten any? I read that certain quests offer them as a reward but I have yet to see one or find one listed on-line.

    They start at the lvl 20 camp; Camp Tranquil / Camp Horizon / Camp Bloodshore

    Sometimes, not everytime, you'll have a guild leves in the mix.

    Ah thanks. I'm still working on the Camp Drybone leves, so that explains it.
