Where to get Recipes to lvl up crafting(goldsmithing, blacksmithing, etc..) in Ul'dah?

u have write them down or go to yellow gremlin

You can get the guildleves from the adventurers guild, then they will have you go to different places (read the leve...) and craft. You can learn recipes from doing those, or by going to the lodestone. SE's official website that teaches you the game.

Write down those materials needed for the Crafting Levequest that I did? I think i'll probably do that.. but what about that Yellow Gremlim? where is he in Ul'dah and what does he do?
