SgtFrog wth, £90 a month? Is your gym in the canary warf or sommat lol. Most gyms only cost about £30 a month, fitness first is about £45, my uni gym is £85 a year
Crocolix, there is knowledge related to a country which is ok not to know, like I only know upto 15 states of the US because we didn't have to learn all 50 at school or ever recite the declaration of independance. Just like you maybe wouldn't know London has a congestion charge. But not knowing that the british use the £ currency is appauling. You need to go back to school dude.
It's good to be back.

lol...I had a Gold membership at David Lloyds...was £90 a month.
It is the only gym that is close to me...there used to be another one that was cheap but it closed down.
You don't need an expensive gym membership. Just get a nice psycho basement workout station set up. Like Clubber Lang from Rocky 3. Rocky had all that fancy high-tech garbage. It didn't help him against Clubber Lang, who worked out in a psycho basement workout station. All you really need are some heavy rocks and a bar to do tons of pull-ups. And a knife to carve your hate into your own flesh, as a reminder. A reminder you want that title, and no one is going to stand in your way.

oh right ok fair enough, you could always just buy a treadmill lol, but mind you, you could get a bench for about £100 and a set of dumbells for £x, you'll be amazed at how many different workouts you can do with those things.

I could do that, though there is a new fitness centre being built close by which will have everything my local David Lloyds has and I am hoping that one will be cheap...
So I will just wait and see....I have weights and a training bike at home so they are fine for now till the new place gets built
