One of the many problems with this game

I've been playing Runes of Magic since September 2009.  I quit for a bit then came back because every other game out there sucked just as bad if not more.  In my opinion the worst thing about this game is the support.  I'm not talking about your normal customer support I'm talking about Technical Support.  I don't know of any other game (at least none that I have ever played) having a server break on a Friday afternoon and Technical Support literally clock out for the whole weekend!  They make a post on the forum ,which is also running like crap so half the community can't even see it, saying they are aware of the issue and that's all that is said for the whole weekend.

There are people who have spent thousands of dollars in diamonds (yes 1 even spent $20,000) since this game has been out and they can't even afford to have there technical team work on a broken server after normal working hours?

I was hoping with Game Forge buying the majority of stock that things would change for the better but it hasn't.  It has only gotten worse. 

With everything else that is broken in this game (siege war, quests, and balancing issues) they announce the next content patch.  This game doesn't need new content it needs it's existing content fixed! 

In the end though I'll still be logging on and doing siege war with my guild because no matter how laggy or how much I crash it is the BEST thing about this game.

to be honest tech support NEVER worked on weekend, so it not new, by monday you'll get auto reply =XD

sorry to be sarcastic but this game make me sad!

i left it for wow and onl have regret to ever spend my money there, RoM must be totaly FREE!

hope all guys will have enought & stop pay for this crap, so may be Frogster will start to care about customers.

and they will never fix anything cuz they dont need it to be fixed, all they need is to change level cap for you to buy new items from real money shop.

better to play at casino imo, at least you have chance to win but never with RoM, all you can have there is bad game full of lags, bags, glitches but for a price of somthing great.

WoW cost like 15$ per month so count how long you may play better game. I mean WoW as RoM is WoW style game, but if you need somthing for free (and real free), just buy GW.

soon you'll notice RoM will make new zone with lag, bug, glitch but new level cap and new items so items from shop will rule again. =D and so on never ended story.

f2p with item shop is worse ever system to me, but i have not noticed such problem as at RoM in any other games.
