Looks like Perfect World minus flight

Hello,

I have watched many youtube vids etc of this game and it looks like a darker version of perfect world, some what westernized without the power of flight.... To me this is sort of disappointing cause the game play engine seems mostly the same, so one would think they could of put flight into this game as well..

Flight might be one of the things they add in the first expansion.  Also, it is not a "darker version of perfect world".  There are several important difference in mechanics.  To start with, different races share the same classes, unlike in PW, where each race had their own classes, and even though they share the classes, each class/race combination has access to (slightly) different skill trees.  Also, there are multiple professions and skills that are, dare I say, unique to this MMO.  For example, there is a profession that allow players to have access to more quests than others, and another profession allows players to receive better rewards.  Of course, not all of this is implemented in the game yet, but it is still in CBT.

Thanks for the info, I was just wondering cause I want to try this game out when open beta or maybe i'll get lucky to be in next closed beta.. but not a lot of info is really out about it yet.

Well its already in open beta in China.Lots of us are playing it with it patched to english.

 

There's information in this forum on how to get in.

 

No FB competitions or other crap just register and play.
