Nature Power Question

Hello,

 

I have just started playing I made a speedster with mental abilities + staff weapon and I love the character so far. As I was playing though I remember in a video they mentioned the nature bracket being able to control weather.. Is this true? I tried to make a nature character and it only had plants and shapeshifting. Is weather controling just not in the beta test yet or did I just not see it cause I'm an idiot?
