Preordered on The Station Store Question

Hello,
I Pre-ordered the game on the station store for direct download distribution. My biggest question is this, when can I download the client? My 2nd question is how will I download th client. I am unsure where to do it at. I have never done a pre-order direct download.

You should have been able to pre-load it, if you had pre-ordered from steam (Which I did) you can already have the entire client ready to go.
Look on D2D for some pre-load thing

hey peeps, I have a small question,
plz forgive me if I sound harsh ok...
I am having problems preordering, currently I live in Puerto Rico, I am wondering if this guys included my place in the game as we are considered part of US even if we are not exactly a state... Or they forgot to read some history books???

Thanks Sky. I did the direct download pre-order from sony them self, I got an email that I will be charged at midnight for my order. Will they give me a specific game key or something at that point. I have never done a digital download purchase before, sorry for all the questions.

I also ordered for digital from sony themselves. Have gotten nothing yet. However their times are based off of pacific times so thats another 37 minutes from now.
12:02 AM there time and no access code or anything or debit from my bank account..

Got it from steam 2 days ago and could easily install the whole thing + patch from steam client so i'm ready to go when the launch starts, btw launch is in 9 hours
5 hours + away from launch 10 AM EST/7am PST
the SOE site is doing maintenance maybe why you haven't got a key yet, I got mine from D2D clicked the download linnk and they emailed me the key .

For the people who got it from steam, do you have to use their launcher or do you use the sony launcher?

No, we steam users can just go to the DC universe folder and launch the game without having to logg in on steam/ start up steam.
Well, I hope that It doesn't wait to give us our keys til the following midnight. I'll go off. SOE has already screwed me over with swg and matrix. So yea...
I purchased from Station Store aswell. Just 2 min ago recieved my email and the purchase completion in my payment history. YAY, however the email didnt give me a key but I'm guessing it was automatically added to my account.
So the station store won't take my wife's debit card.. frustrations.. my pre-order was declined at last minute even though with initial purchase it accepted the card...

Key problems aren't confined to the station store unfortunately, Steam isn't giving any of us keys atm either. I dunno whether it's because they're overwhelmed or due to lack of keys to keep up with the demand.
Don't know about other places but you don't get a key from SOE you just buy the game and activate the sub you will see then that your DC account is active and then when you download the game you should have full access...
if you buy it out side i'm guessing you need a key...
