Headstart Billing Question

From one of the account management pages:

"At the end of any game play time included with new accounts and at the end of each successive subscription period, your payment method will be charged (on a recurring basis at your selected subscription rate) until you cancel your subscription."

So my question would then be, does the headstart time count toward your playing time?  Will your account be billed on March 24th for those that did the pre-order, etc?

 Head start does not count as part of that 30 days. The head start is a bonus for CE pre-orders.

the 30 day playtime you get included when you bought the game starts counting the day of release.
