Which of the popular games have the best RolePlaying Community?

Popular as in Final Fantasy XI, Guild Wars, World of Warcraft, Final Fantasy XIV (which is currently being fixed by the developers), Lord of the Rings Online, and Aion. (Those are just examples.)

 

I know for a fact that FFXIV has a great RP community because I play it. I can't imagine RPing in Guild Wars even though I love the game itself... But what about others?

There isn't a better RP community than the Lord of the Rings Online community.

Really, look at the source material one can draw from, for crying out loud. On top of that, it has the best options for RP goodies. The tavern hubs, the musical instruments and band play, drinking, smoking pipes. It's all there. The RP community is rich, and mature, and it's really organized if you're into that. Otherwise, it's the easiest and friendliest RP community where one can near effortlessly roleplay.

lol. I think Lord of the Rings Online has the best community in general. Not just roleplaying.

And yes, I do agree with the RP options. Amazing content...

Final Fantasy 14 if not one of the best role playing community. because of all the fanboys and the hardcore players.

second is lord of the rings online just by looking the post count and the reply's its sure that they have a great community

Yeah, I'd second the crowd and say LOTRO out of the games I've played.  Hang around the pony in Bree for a while and you can't help but get into some RP.

On an RP server that is. Try Landroval.
