I have been watching a lot of anime, especially Ruroni Kenshin and I was wondering if there is a MMO similar to said setting? If so is there one that is actually worth playing?

Biggest up and coming one is Blade and Soul but thats not released yet.

I'd say 9Dragons, 12Sky (2), perhaps Dynasty Warriors Online, and there's a few more. Just look around major F2P MMO Publisher websites.
yea a lot of the stronger anime/ martial arts ones are not released in the english.. not even thing like dragon ball z
