Any games similar to Horizions ... before the blackout?

I know it;s probably been brought us a bunch before. Are there any games out there that are similar to Horizions ... before the blackout.

 

Faction based PvP where the factions that are at war can change at any time. Different races like dragons demons and angels .. oh my. Housing and world projects that are buildable ... and also destroyable by mobs and opposing players . I would love a game that played like they wanted HZ to be.
