Potential to be good game...poor staff

This game is already quite good, and has the potential to be really good.......unfortunately, like with all new games there are a few known bugs/ issues. However, in my opinion, this isn't the biggest problem.

 

Since the latest patch (which came out around the 19th May), there are lots of users asking for help in the forums (in the error and bugs forums), many with the same/ similar problems....unable to log into game, game crashing etc and there appears to be no response from the Help team.

Write a 'support ticket' I hear you cry, well I, and I'm sure many others did. I was dissapointed to only recieve a 'template' response...open your ports, check firewalls etc. (I had been previously playing since summer last year as I stated in my ticket). I added another 4 responses to this this ticket, trying to give as much info as possible. This ticket has remained un-resolved for over 5 days now, not  a massive amount of time I know, but quite a long time without further response when you can't even log into the game.

I know this is supposed to be a free game, but many people pay for premium accounts, myself included, and I just expected more 'help' from the help team, up until now I have had one response even tho I've updated my ticket 4 times and am unable to play.......just not very good customer service in my opinion (or, if its such a huge problem and they are too busy to respond, release a statement so they don't have so many tickets would have done the trick).

 

Now the other problem I'm sure some of you know about are the GM's....they are just so rude, not very helpful (i'm sure there are exceptions to the the rule).

 

I really like this game, and as I said, it has the potential to be very very good.....I think the main problem at the moment is customer service, if the service was better, maybe we would all put up with the few broken parts of the game better, (spotting, match making, russian/ german balance etc)especially if we knew they were trying their best.

 

I hope they go on improving and go on improving the game, just my 2 cents.
