Launcher and Installation Problem

So Im trying to install the launcher/game on a new computer. I downloaded the client for the launcher from the account page. Went through the steps and got the launcher up and going. But when I click "City of Heroes" to install. I get a http status 403 error. "HTTP status 403: The client does not have sufficient access rights to the requested server object."



Tried uninstalling, reinstalling, running as admin. And anything I could think of. No luck.



Any ideas?



It pops up a "view log" button, read through it best I could, but heads nor tails of sense.

If you haven't already, try the NC Soft Launcher:  http://us.ncsoft.com/en/launcher/ncsoft-launcher.html

Or, if you are using that one, try the City of Heroes isntaller http://www.cityofheroes.com/account/download_game_client/download_city_of_heroes.html

Another thought, maybe your original download is corrupt, try to re-download whichever one you tried.

make sure you use the proper installer if your in eu or elsewhere .this is ncsoft we talk about so they are world wide!
