Open World for Vindictus?

Has anyone seen the latest poll on Vindictus' official site?

Since it got the most votes, maybe the developers are contemplating whether or not to introduce open world to vindictus?

Interesting.. I got to admit if they made it a open world game (which most likely would take them years) I would be pretty interested. Who know's if they'll commit to it though, it may be too much work.

Just wait for Tera.  Although if you really like the action based directional combat, Vindictus is a fantastic filler for now.  I find it pretty fun, and there's plenty of very challenging fights to solo.

if i remember right they said they will never have any true open areas like other mmo. mostly due to enviromental descrution is a big part of the game .

well i dont think vindi would work very well in open area. alot of the bosses if they where in open area they would be way to easy.

Yea i agree.  I think they should keep the game the way it is with the dungeons for the environmental damage and puzzles and stuff but maybe connecting through an open world would be much cooler.  Gives it more emersion then just taking a boat every freaking time I want to go on a battle.
