DDO Support don't care about your account.

Hi everyone. I wanted to tell you that if you're not a VIP member they do not care about your account. I send 3 mails and like 8-9 private messages to the support team and they didn't even care to send me a response. I told them i know my username but i forgot my password. And i added that "i don't have access to the mail that i registered there, how can i reset my password."

Still no response. Do they think i'm trying to hack someone's account?

But it's really absurd.

Of course they think you are trying to hack. There is likely no way to reset your password without the Email you registered with.

That's what a text document or even a piece of paper is for. You could also get a password protection program that will take about four times the effort the other 2 methods use.

Think about it. You're a front line support. Someone sends a message saying they know the username for an account, but not the password. They also don't have access to the e-mail associated with the account.

People here are telling the truth, so the only possible way for you is to try remember your password to e-mail. So I wish you good luck with that :)
