I can log into the game and play all I want, but when I try to log into my account on the website it says I can't login from this location?  That's wierd huh?

 

I can log into the forums, but can't post, guess you have to be VIP. and I've sent a question to support last week, but no response   I guess they really don't want my money for VIP

Maybe your NCsoft and COH username/passwords are different.

NCSoft uses two different usernames / passwords.

 

NCSoft Master Account / Password

Individual Game Account / Password

 

They do this to allow multiple game accounts under the same master account.  You need to remember your master account to log in (or contact support).

They have a security feature that won't let you log in from an IP address that differs from the previous IP address you logged in with.  It makes you authorize the current location when you want to log into account management by asking you to verify secrect questions.  I would think that if it's not letting you log in from your current location that you must have answered the questions wrong at some point, but I'm just speculating about answering wrong.

Forum posting and support are reserved for VIP members, those people actually paying.  Think of it like getting cable by using an antena on your television, and the reception being bad, the cable company isn't going to come out and get you better reception or even care that you have a complaint.

Like above posters said, nc soft and coh have different usernames/passwords.

I'm only posting to sympathize with you, because recently I had to retrieve my nc soft info and it was a grueling process if you can't remember your exact spelling/capitilization of your hint question.
