Is there an influx of players?

in World of Tanks

I do not play the game, nor do I really have much intention to, but... At dreamhack this year with the SC2 tourny, around at least half of the advertisements have been for World of Tanks.

So I'm wondering if those advertisements have actually helped the game population at all, considering how many people are watching all 3 of the streams at a time.

Anyone know?

    I'm not sure if there is an influx of players, but I know I never have trouble getting into a battle.  Quickly, in fact.
