When do we actually get billed?

Just curious, I pre ordered and was wondering when we actually get billed for the game? I was only charged for pre order so far, do I get billed on the 20th?
And another question, will the card I used to purchase the pre order automatically be used for the monthly sub? My wife bought the game for me but I dont want her paying the monthly sub lol, so i was curious if I'm going to need to call EA and remove her card then add mine if thats the case.

The 20th or after I believe. I am sure you will have to pick a sub plan before you can touch early access though, but I'm not 100%
Here is my guess on the billing date. If you purchased via Digital Download then they are emailing your product code on 12/16 according to the forums/FAQ. I don't remember seeing them list an exact date for the charges but my guess is either 12/15 or early on 12/16 is when your card will be charged. Also, they will not automatically use the card you used for your pre-order in the billing. You will need to specify what payment method you want for your billing and then re-enter the card info.

When you pre-order the Game you will be charged an advance payment for the pre-order (cost varies by country and edition). This is the standard pre-order cost. When Star Wars: The Old Republic launches, your credit card will be charged for the full retail cost amount of your chosen edition, minus the initial pre-order advance payment. You will also be required to sign up for a subscription to Star Wars: The Old Republic, however you will not be billed during your first 30 days of gameplay, as that is included in the retail cost of the Game.
How can i sign up for a subscription to TOR?
Once you install the Star Wars: The Old Republic game client, you will be directed to the official website where you will be asked to enter a valid payment method to sign up for a subscription to the Game.

According to the gamestop site you can pre-order them now and the release date is 12/20. I'm not sure if that actually means they will have them in the store at that point but I'm really hoping they will. I've got a best buy gift card burning a whole in my pocket. lol
