What is a good MMORPG, WoW like, that has NO cash shop, NO monthly fee, and NO purchase to play? It's a lot to ask for, but I havn't been able to come across any. Suggestions please. Thanks.

Well Lineage 2 just went F2P and you get the whole game. There is a cash shop however but it's only EXP boosters and fancy vanity pets and the like. Absolutely nothing in the CS is needed to play so far and anyone spending money in there will not be at any advantage over anyone that doesn't. I don't think you are going to find any MMO that doesn't have some way to generate revenue as they need to pay their employees and maintain the servers.

Be careful with the F2P title that gives full / near-full access to the game. The game is designed where increasingly higher obstacles are bluntly laid out in front of you that ever increasingly nudges you more to cash shop items.
Great example are XP requirements. Levelling at first is alright enough. But eventually the game slaps you across the face with an insanely higher set of XPs to progress to the next level. The game will still let you play but progress will be painfully and atrociously slow. But the devs keep dangling in front of you XP bonus potions that last for a limited time, i.e. 3 hours. Even better, buy access to zones that have markedly better loot as well as XP and monetary rewards. Came across one where you got *temporary* access to such a zone.
The term "Free" in the MMORPG genre is misleading. Like any other business, these companies are out there to churn a profit. Some are more straightforward about it (P2P), some are more devious and backhanded with it (F2P). You just watch your wallet.
"I have only two out of my company and 20 out of some other company. We need support, but it is almost suicide to try to get it here as we are swept by machine gun fire and a constant barrage is on us. I have no one on my left and only a few on my right. I will hold." Well Lineage 2 kinda shoots that theory out of the water. It was the mother of all grinds when it was pay to play but when they released the F2P expansion they lessoned the grind exponentially. What used to take months now takes days. What used to take weeks now takes hours. Also the cash shop so far doesn't sell anything you need to play the game even in pvp. It's by far the best F2P from P2P conversion to date. They took a game that was down to one half full server and turned it into a game with 5 packed servers and growing overnight. NCSoft just breathed about 5-6 more years of life into this game at least.

I would stay battlestar galactica online for a browser based mmoshoot game its rather fun and easy to use, not to mention the fact that the group combat is pretty awesome...Also there you can earn premium credits to purchase upgrades and ammo with out having to shell out cash, however cash is faster.

Sorry man, but that is one example out of the sea of F2P's that go all-in with the design I mentioned. I also recall L2 being overrun by farmers and bots. Anyways, these companies... they will make their money, one way or another, even if it means plastering the word "Free" all over the place to lower someone's guard.
As for the OP, from the things he asked, he especially wanted to play a truly free MMORPG. I'm just putting out a warning about the subtle ways these companies have on snaking money out of you while you're under the belief that you're playing for "free."

There is no such thing as a totally F2P MMO. They have to make money somehow, so your best bet is a crap browser based game with tons of ads.
Out of curiosity, how would this game make the money to support it?
