Its official. No one on my server has resubbed its that bad! No patches can fix this game. Hows that saying go...you cant polish a turd.
I so wanted a new home after SWG died back in 2006. But alas the game wont be fun playing alone.

I guess you didn't get the memo...
I review lots of indie games and MMORPGs
Ehh... you take a screenshot at 11:41 AM on a weekday and then tell the game is dead?
Maybe try again in the evening during primetime?
This game is losing players. No doubt about that. As I can see the sudden decline in activity myself on my own server.
But you clearly fail at trolling my friend.
No one in your server?? This is a joke right?
Thats the Imp Fleet....not one person apart from me. Regardless of time my Server used to be a hub of activity. Que times on initial launch...
roll another server?
You're a bit on the extreme side there. Personally I very reluctantly subscribed for the second month and I don't really foresee a third.
The thing is, all MMOs see drop in the first month or even more in the first 3-6 months. It's the nature of the circle. The trick is to replace the goners with fresh people in a steady flow.
Did you take the screenshot today? Just after the servers came up? As they were down this morning due to weekly maintenance and a new patch.
As it's advertised to last 6 hours... most probably don't even know the servers are back online.
But seriously tho... most people are at school and work right now on a weekday. Christmas holidays are over.
They lost a good chunk of players now the free month is up, as I like I said... I noticed it myself. But do a fair assesment later today, when people are actually back from work / school.
Look on the bright side, paid server transfers are inevitable. I'm sure you wouldn't mind throwing a couple tenners down, after all you already bought the game at full price and resubbed.
Another poor attempt at trolling. Last night when I logged in my server satus was heavy, the Imperial Fleet was packed as its always been.
Its official this is nothing more then a troll posted.
servers have just come back up after maintenance.. OP is a troll
reported for trolling.....dont we have enough "i hate/i quit SWTOR threads already??
Yup. Because servers may verry right? Oh guess not according to you. Thoes of us who dont really like themepark MMO's and played it for the story have left. Thoes that hit 50, finished there chosen class story and wanted a fun endgame are going back to WoW. I'm not nocking SWTOR here but there endgame is....shallow? Also there will be the ones that go back to there chosen game. The game sold a massive amount of copies. Its going to lose a massive amount of people. But I dont see it dropping below 3-400k subscribers which is still healthy for an MMO.
If you do quit, make sure you state you're 2 years old on the forums, just to see if they ban you. I'm curious to see how low they can go.
My server is far from empty as well, kai-kan europe
He that lives upon Hope dies farting.
I have one from launch day where I am the only one on the fleet. I suppose I could post it and claim it was last night.
If you've been around mmo's for the past couple of years then you should know they launch with too many servers. Its done to hold the massive amounts of people at the start. Once the free month is out, some servers become ghost towns, and the choice is made to merge some servers. It will happen. Personally I'm loving the game, and my server is a packed house constantly. If it bothers people so much, reroll. Surely that dead server didnt happen over night. I'm sure there were signs pointing to it. Should have made the move to a dif server.
Actually your probably right. Sometimes Bioware will say downtime is longer than what it is. So you log on thinking "cool there up!" Log in and boom, nobody there because everyone thinks the downtime is for longer.
The Mythbusters disagree, sir.

Wow... they're even resorting to this crap, eh?
You know what they say: If you have to deliberately decieve people to make a point, then the truth is probably somewhere around the OPPOSITE of their point.
He took the Screenshot right as the servers came up. Its not a cop out just a fact they are stating. The OP is in fact just trolling for these kind of responses.
I thought you were talking about it being dead like this:

Anyone got a secret decoder ring for this? Well every night I have checked their are a ton of servers at heavy and stanard, with very few light or very heavy. The server I was on had 243 versions on the imperial fleet running at least, since that was the phase I was in.
In Bioware we trust!
I can only speak for the two servers I`m active on - but they`re by no means dead (The Shadowlands and Hyperspace Cannon)
I`ll do another (unscientific) /who poll tonight - last time I did one (Sunday) it showed ~1800 people (Republic side - didn't check Empire)
