Better game-related author, Knaak or Hepler? [Poll]

I didn't want to put this in the WoW or TOR areas of the forums because it'd just be flame-bait, but I'd like to know who you think helped make their particular game better due to quality of writing overall as well as working with the lore of the IP.

 

Also, feel free to discuss the writing for MMOs as well as which authors were great in your opinion, or particular questlines that you found abnormally good.
