Any low level crafting yet?

I played this for a bit at launch, and was bummed to find out that you couldn't do much in the way of crafting till level 40 (or whatever it was.)
Has this changed? Can low level characters craft now?

Nothing has changed yet. There's hardly been any updates to crafting since 2009. Atm AOC is a horrible game for crafting, and the economy is practicly dead. So stay away if you want to craft. There is some changes coming later this year, it's unknown yet exactly how they will change it.

No dates on crafting changes I could see.Just glittering generalities ...again from Funcom.Any heard of more specifics ?
