Just announced today that Prius Onine will close down effective March 27, 2012.

Sad to say that many players saw this coming but the game was less than a year into live. Bad management by Gpotato staff. The wiki was dead from the get go and there was no information for the players.They also didn't post any patch notes and all the I saw whenever I start up the game was news about item shop sale and deals(which were not really deals imo). This game was fun and all but it was designed around the item shop so it is no wonder it failed.
