I ve played it a long time ago, but lost the link.

You had to play a tutorial, where you hat to buy a factory and set up a production line with raw material support from the market.

it had quests and you could choose the county where you start at.
and every county had diffrent bonus, like germany +20% on heavy industry or japan + 25% on electronic production.

it also had an item shop.

i hope someone knows this game.
