Oh sure, let me just magically read your mind in order to get the details I need to figure the problem out. I'm afraid that even the best computer technicians in the world couldn't possibly help you going on only the information you gave. We need more information here I am afraid.
Ok, lets work this out a bit more, when you said your screen became blue, I assume you mean it looked something like this:
That is known as a stop error, or sometimes the "blue screen of death"
Usually, it is caused by an error in either your hardware, or the driver software required to run the hardware. Did you or anyone else install something new lately?
What operating system does your computer use?
What company provided the BIOS system for your computer? (its probably the manufacturor of your computer, Dell, HP, whatever. The title screen for the BIOS should be the first thing you see when your computer is first turning on.)
Is your computer a desktop or laptop?
What exactly happens when you try to reboot the computer, does it come back to the same error screen?
Also, whenever you see this screen, it is a good idea to copy down both the second line of the page (the one starting with DRIVER_IRQL in the above example), and the codes following the bit that says "technical information", those codes can give you a lot more information on what happened. If you can get another look at that stop error, that information would be useful.

As the poster above pointed out a BSOD can be caused by many different hardware or driver issues. More info on the nature of the Stop Screen would be helpful. You say you tried to recover but it failed? Did you try to recover from disks or from a recovery partition on the hard drive? Did it start to recover but stopped with an error or did the recovery not even start the process?
With the very little info you've given it's impossible to solve your problem. This is like expecting a Doctor to give you a full diagnosis by only telling him "I'm sick" over the phone.

Photoshop is available for purchase and download from at least one legal source that I know of, he/she didn't say where or how they got it.
Regardless, Sallylee, I'm assuming at this point that you do not know enough about computers to properly answer the questions we've asked. My suggestion is to ask someone who does to take a look at it first.
The most likely solution would be to reinstall your operating system with the recovery disc that should have come with your computer, but there may be another way, and you will want to find that out first so you don't lose your data on the hard drive.
EDIT: Or, since you said you were from China, the language barrier might be the issue. You may wish to find a technical forum in your own language if that is the case.

With so little information Its impossible to tell whats going on.
Best advice I can give you is- If anything is overclocked set it all back to default settiings and go from there.
Seriously...? How long have you been using computers? How long have you had the internet?
I'm sorry, but anyone with common sense can see what has happened here...
Put through the personal paces of my crippled fingers.
you just DOWNLOAD photoshop software ( maybe not legal and full of viruses?!? )
Made it larger so its harder to miss.
On another note, just download Gimp please instead of illegal photoshop versions.
If youre doing stuff in 3D get Blender.
Kthxplzdunpirate.

Can't you pick colors other than blue with Photoshop?
