LMFAO,this reminds me of a guy I saw on Youtube playing Halo on Xbox Live and just going ballistic and throwing things.
The only thing i've ever damaged was my thumb from a blister playing to much Super Mario 3!
Yea well, I have a 9 year old son. He was playing on the PS3 and threw the controller on the ground. My response was immediately, " Son, if you break that controller on the floor or I see you throw it again, you will never play on that system again. I dont know whether you were planning on getting a car at 16 or not, but I swear to you you'll never see a single tire if you break my controller. " That stopped that right there. Never has happened again.
But he still does get mad very occasionally. Not too often really but it happens. Which again is a great source of amusement to me.
"No son it is funny. You have no idea. Its hilarious. "
" It is noooooot! Its making me MAD! "
" You have a wonderfuly whining voice. Perhaps you'd like to go upstairs and play dolls with your sister because you whine like a sissy girl. "
"DAAAAAAAAD! STOP IT! *begins to giggle* "
" Im glad we got you Skate 3 and you're just having so much fun with it. I know I like to have my head explode from playing a stupid video game. Boy is that worth it. It sounds like you are just having a blast. "
*he starts laughing*
We have these exchanges about once a week. Good times.
I have turned games off and been angered by games. I have wanted to throw a controler ot two.
When i was in College and I had to read soemthing I hated I would launch the book across the room.
I also tried to throw a 27 inch TV out a window, it wouldn't fit, when the Cubs fell apart against the marlins.
Sports actually tend to make me more upset than video games. Although having kids put an end ot all of that.
“It's unwise to pay too much, but it's worse to pay too little. When you pay too much, you lose a little money - that's all. When you pay too little, you sometimes lose everything, because the thing you bought was incapable of doing the thing it was bought to do. The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot - it can't be done. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.”
I have used some harsh language when playing games or watching sports too.

Like the above poster I get more furious at sports.
I've broken quite a few tennis rackets, and whacked balls into the stratosphere. Good thing I have not learned how to play golf, yet.
I can have some control in games so I tend to be more mad at myself.
In sports you have no control and it can maddening at times.

I use games to get rid of frustration not to create it so in answer to your question... No, I've never broken anything through "Game Rage".
Edit: Although come to think of it when I was younger in my early 20's I had a girlfriend that drove her head into a CRT monitor and knocked it off my desk smashing it in the process. I couldn't get mad at her though because of what we were doing at the time to cause the accident... Does that count?
