"‘ORION: Dino Beatdown’ is an Open World, Class-Based Cooperative Survival Sci-Fi FPS. Putting five players together in huge, endless environments in which they must work together to accomplish objectives and survive the devastating Dinosaur horde as well as allowing the player the options for free open, world exploration."
Hello all! I originally posted about Orion back when development was focused primarily on the free Source engine beta. A lot has happened since then and there has been quite a few larger developments including succesfully launching a Kickstarter and gathering the funds for our fearless leader, David Prassel, to officially launch Spiral Games, the indie studio behind the multiple titles representing the Orion universe! Now prepare yourself for Spiral Studio's flagship title; Dino Beatdown.
Beautiful world? Check. Unique and exciting classes? Check. Dynamic content always ready and waiting. Vehicles, dinosaurs, everything that is needed to brew up a healthy dose of awesome-ness.
Players earn in-game credits which can be used to upgrade their abilities, purchase new weapons, unlock weapon upgrades and call in vehicles in order to ensure survival.
Experience the future as never before. Make use of Jetpacks, Medic Guns, Cloaking Devices and equip yourself with state-of-the-art weapons ranging from Shotguns, Machine Guns, Rocket Launchers, Laser Rifles. If that isn’t enough then simply tear up the environments in a number of vehicles ranging from Hover Bikes, Buggies, Mechs, Tanks and VTOL’s.
