If you replace everything else, then you can't just reuse your old OS license unless you have a full retail version, which is pretty rare.
What hard drive and monitor do you have? And you really do need other peripherals (keyboard, mouse, speakers, surge protector) new, too, even though you have an old monitor that you can keep?

I have a few unopened OS' hanging around. Mostly 7 ultimates and homes, I still have an unopened vista home premium too, lol I should use it as a coaster.
I've got a bunch of logitech keyboards / mice and all those other trick or treat goodies like surge protectors, speakers and UPS's.
I get free shipping on anything going through UPS, If that makes a big difference.
Total: $721, plus $8 in shipping (which you say you get for free), before $25 in rebates
That gets you a non-overclockable Ivy Bridge quad core processor. You could drop the SSD and get a 3570K and a motherboard that can handle overclocking. Or you could save some money by going with an AMD processor instead, and then have the option to upgrade to Vishera later if you need something faster.
That's weird that the link doesn't work. If you copy the linked URL and then paste it in the address bar, it works. Anyway, it's a Seasonic M12II 620 W for $70.
