There are inumerous posts on their support forum about people ordering the game from their site and not getting the game added, I am one of them.

Creating support tickets, contacting them by email and phone are all to no avail as they are summarily ignored and it has now been about 10 days since I pre ordered the CE edition.

If it is incompetence or deliberate scamming I dont know, probably the former. In any case, be aware of this risk when ordering the game from their site.

Dunno, I bought the game in the EU from their site and it worked just fine. And considering there are half a dozen guils with more than 100 members each, just on the one of many german servers I'm on, it seems to work for most people.

Must be just you dude, I bought it from their site and working as it should.

 

And if you dont want to buy from their site there are like 300000 online shops that supply the game even CHEAPER and instant (Friend of mine bought it off offgamers.com) Got the key within 5 min.

No it is not me, there are several on the support forums, like I said, with the same problem. But yes, buying it from a reliable third party vendor is better. There atleast you will get a key, in their online shop you wont. They will just "add the game" to your account and if they dont, your screwed.

I am another user affected by this bullshit.

And if you actually care to find the forums you will meet dozens of other players with the same issue.

 

At this point it´s literally a lottery wether you get your game or not.

have you been in the beta fiew weeks back with the same email??

If so just login to your account page and change your e-mail......worked for me.

Well there is only a very small percentage who have problems (actually for all of our guild members it worked flawlessly) - the forum represents not even 2% of the player base. So servers are full, people are playing. Surely it's sad for those rare cases who have issues with the account but well that kind of stuff can always happen. Hopefully you will be able to play soon...
