Custom Camo?

Ive been told there is a way to add custom camo to our tanks, as opposed to the choices WoT offers.

Is this true?

If it is true, where can I get info on how to do this, etc?

but other people cant see them.. as for official custom jobs i dont know only noticed the ones in game and that they cost silver or gold and amke you stand out qutie a bit haha
