Uploading pics..advice plz!

OK ,just took some pics of TSW and tried to upload them..now i never had a problem before but it seems the file size's are too big,for some reason they register has jpeg..how can i change the files if possible to upload.sorry for noob question,not really pc literate.oops i seem to have put it in wrong forum post sorry guys.
