I'm guessing that we won't see any of the class changes, though I'm sure they've done a ton of them since this build was built. I think this next BWE is all about hardware and servers and stuff related to that like Overflow, Trading Post, Accounts, Chat, and server transfers.
Hopefully I'm wrong and they throw in some of the other stuff.
Yea, they seem to be trying to get more people to play their game with all these free beta keys flying all over the place. I think they figured out the strees problems, and want even more people to play now.
Any news on whether or not they are fixing the ranger pet AI? I read that it had problems before, and besides thief, I have a faiblesse for major pet classes.
I don't know for the next week-end, but at this stage they are probably working on all the fronts at the same time, they have a full team working on the game, so you can bet they aslo tweaked the class a bit too.
The last thing I want to see people bit***ing about class balancing before release. I hope ANet won't show us any patch notes about balancing.
Well if we see people complaining about class balancing more than anything I'd take that as a good sign. It means everything else is working, and up to consumer standards.

Never ever should there be any patchnotes about balancing, not even if they released the game. Those things just should happen quietly in the background. So if they wanted to reduce a skils power with 5% then they could reduce it with 1% every week...
Best MMO experiences : EQ(PvE), DAoC(PvP), WoW(total package) LOTRO (worldfeel) GW2 (Artstyle and animations and worlddesign) SWTOR (Story immersion) TSW (story) ESO (character advancement)
I'm pretty sure there will be balancing tweaks. Some builds outperformed others by a not-so-insignificant margin, damage and support-wise.
Not that this is new. MMOs are extremely dynamic, and change all the time. I think this is a plus. Let's see if they do something about the Engineer turrets, one of the few "it's weak" consensus I've seen so far.
There are a few balance tweaks I believe they need to address in some form of patch notes. Namely the additional balancing due the Engineer which was promised via the last BWE forums. I'd like to know what they change and by what margins so I don't have to spend the next BWE figuring it out. The Ranger greatsword needs some tweaks ... but I hope they completely buff the Rangers pet system in the process. The Guardian needs a true range weapon applied , or it needs Staff tweaked to be a true range weapon. These are the sort of balance tweaks that I think they can give the playerbase without having to deal with the typical response's to nerf notes.
Oh god i hope nobody starts with the " Anet totally destroyed (insert class here) this patch. Goodbye Gw2. Me and my 4372 buddies from my guild are leaving this game because of that 3% crit reduction " .
Lets hope they wait at least till the game is released.

If there are I hope they follow through with their threats (even though we all know they won't). The smaller number of those players at launch the better. I would rather see a 20% reduction in population at launch if it means a better community.

They had already nerfed the Eviscerate skill for the warrior in the stress test so yes, expect to see nerfs and buffs up the wazoo.
This is not a game.
I am sure the ranger will get the nerf bat.
