Ty for the video. This is one of the reasons I'm liking ArenaNet. They show appreciation to the community and interact. They don't act like they're above the community, they seem like real people working hard to create a game the community will like and one they can appreciate for years to come. EA/Bioware could take lessons from them in the community relations department for sure.

I'm no fangirl by any means, I've only played the original GW1 recently 49 days just to get 30/50 HOM. Done with that finally, thank God. I'm impressed with what I've seen from ArenaNet so far.
