horde gunship missing?

So, I finally got around to actually being able to log in today to play MOP, I went to orgrimmar where I was treated with a quest pop up, which lead me to garrosh.
It tells me to go to the gunship at the docks in durotar, I go there and there is not a single gunship to be found, just a lot of people sitting on the boat.
Is it a phasing issue? did I miss something, whats going on?
