I am switching internet providers and wanted to change the email on my acount to a generic email provider. For security reasons Arenanet makes you do this by submitting a service ticket. i was anticipating a huge hassle or at least a day or two to hear back from them because of past problems with other companies CS departments but was pleasantly surprised. it was done within a hour, so thanks Arenanet

I miss DAoC
