What are your favorite Top 3 Role Playing Tools in MMOs?

As the topic says:

"What are your favorite Top 3 Role Playing Tools in MMOs?"

 

Mine for example are:

1. Campfire - Sounds silly but I think it gives you a great feeling if you can sit around a campfire you made somewhere with your guys and talk
2. Customizable Character Page you can write on - so a blank page where you can write the story on your charakter onto and others can read it
3. Different professions - In general i mean something to do beyond fighting which makes sense which is most of the time crafting (bit general point though)
