Lol to the comments as they have 0 bearing on how this game will go.
Have fun trolling and my account is in good standing, I assume you both are probably banned from what I gather. The pop is up so sales are up and trial is busy, maybe you can beg jordi or one of the guides about unbanning your accounts.
Both of my accounts are fine, but thanks for dodging every question up to this point!
If you cant defend, attack??? How would you know if trial population is up? Or sales for that matter? There cant be more than 100 people on either server at any one time. Let me guess, next you'll say I'm in the wrong location or playing at the wrong time?
You've failed to support any of your statements thus far.
I was exited for this game like 2+ years ago (maybe longer) when reading about all the awesome features and during a time when MO was failing IMO and I wanted a sandbox game.
-This was a SADbox game IMHO. Trial came too little too late... And now Kickstarter? Really????? Really????? This is getting ridiculous.
Could this be the new MO Forum? Could this be the bastion of entertaining banter about a failing and corrupt game now that the MO forum is dead?

Considering any person researching Xsyon is PRETTY likely to come across one of my many posts on mmorpg.com, xsyon.com, or massively.com, I'm pretty sure the comments might have an affect on how people perceive this game. You can be sure I'll share my insights to the Kickstarter community if he does manage to start a project
I don't know why more people are not playing this game. Sure it isn't pretty but pretty means nothing compared to gameplay. This game is the only true MMO out today and it is puer freedom. Once eveything is in the game it will be better than even AC which is the best MMO to date.
Only thing is there is no population right now. If anyone is looking for old school true MMO gaming this is it.
This is exactly the problem with the game. How can you say "once everything is in the game" when the prelude is like 2 years old? What are you expecting us to think about a game that, 2 years after release, is still missing features that were supposed to be there already on release?

Funny... but valid. When is the plan to have everything into the game? Do they even have a date?

The reason I don't waste my time refuting any comments some of you make is that it seems you have some personal agenda. I know he does as he was banned from the game and I assume at this point you were as well.
What is wrong with doing a kickstarter campaign? Nothing in the least, it is something to bring in more funds than current to hire more devs and get those features or things you all complain about in faster. If you bought the game already I understand that you may feel cheated but you have a account you can activate at some point once trials and kickstarter is over and you see those features that you wanted and never got coming in to the game. I've been playing for well over a year and I've seen a lot of features and content added that wasn't in when I first bought the game. I didn't whine or complain as I don't think you get anywhere when you do, it's not going to speed things up. After playing Wurm for 6+ years and even working on the Dev team as the sound developer, I know how slow things can be but it's not for lack of effort but just the insurmountable list of things to work on and how much time each require.
I think you have every right to complain about this or that, but when I say that new people are coming in to the game every day on trial and then when I see these same names popping up on main, these people are liking what they are seeing and the population is increasing far more than it was a year prior. A lot of things have been added since two years ago as well as new stuff being worked on and added and as I already said before everything is a slow process with any indie dev that doesn't have a multimillion dollar budget to pull from. Kickstarter is a way for a indie dev to pull far less funds than any major company of course but enough to bring in more devs and push out the features and content the player base has been asking for. Why now you ask? I don't know, maybe Jordi wants to speed things up and not pull a Rolf and make his player base wait 6 years for content that has been promised since the game went Gold. I give him props for not wanting to go down that road as many other companies have with promises and more promises all the while never really any coming to fruition. I'm not against trying anything and everything to give your customers what they want by any means necessary through something like kickstarter or investors.
You're not happy, ok I can understand that as I've been there but I'm actually seeing progress and things coming in that should be added, not fluff that I've seen other games do or posting screen shots to tease and put a carrot in front of them, all the while knowing it's months, maybe even years from making it in game. There is one large update coming in the next few weeks that the public has been using and testing since it has been on the test server for two weeks already. Everything is a slow process and I think people who pay and play indie games should understand that by now, a sandbox game is never completed. I can say if the game gets this or that it would be completed but honestly a sandbox game is always changing and can always get new content or updates to improve upon the gaming experience, with the funds I hope faster but this is nothing new for any small indie game company. More funds will get more devs working on the game and less time for these things you and others mention getting added.

Sorry to break it to you bro, but if I have a personal agenda then you're not doing much to stop it by bribbling about me being banned. I make factual arguments, you cry -- who do you think people are going to believe?
What is wrong with doing a kickstarter campaign?
I see, so the actual reason you don't refute the points made in my posts is because you don't read them. The inability to follow conversation or argue effectively are really common traits among Xsyon supporters... I wonder why.
I didn't whine or complain as I don't think you get anywhere when you do, it's not going to speed things up.
I'd like to point out that you're telling us you don't whine and complain because you don't think it would help, and not because you don't have a reason to whine and complain... That really says a lot, doesn't it?
Patting Jordi on his back and telling him "Good boy!" after every shitty patch is probably enabling the unsatisfactory content. Telling him "I'll just keep patiently paying you" while he takes weeks off for "personal travel" and directs the majority of the development efforts to "bugs and stability issues" that you can't see, is probably enabling the slow development speeds.
If the customers, and thus his revenue, demanded better and faster develpoment, then he would meet that demand... or he would get it over with and fail already.

Maybe Prayers really are answered...
Xsyon? Who does that?
