Does anyone know if the RP community for this game has a forum they can be found at? Other games I have played seem to have an RP community centered around RP forums somewhere.
Above all else... never ever piss off the penguin.

Since it's only one server, there is no separate RP server like in most games. But the game has trekkies, rp-oriented fleets, etc among the players.
Forum-wise maybe the closest thread is Ten Forward (http://sto-forum.perfectworld.com/forumdisplay.php?f=129) or you can follow external sources like STOked.
Above all else... never ever piss off the penguin.
