Black screen issues.

So i thought i'd try out the game now its gone F2P, problem is the game starts up, then I hear the aduio, but the screen is completely black. Does anybody know how I could fix this?

I had this issue pop up at random after months of no issue at all.

I don't recall exactly what I did, but I'm pretty sure it was run the repair option from the launcher, and I believe (I could be wrong, not near the PC to check specifics)..  to reset all ingame options. 

Doing so set my resolution lower, which enabled be to get in the game, set everything back to normal, and was fine every since.

Try searching through the actual customer service forum of their site.

It's probably your video card and drivers. Try updating your drivers, and possibly repairing the installation if it doesn't work.

Drink more coffee, get a more uncomfortable keyboard, get more sleep beforehand.
