Name: Fabian Ambushers
The name (Minor History lesson in case you want to skip this paragraph) was chosen to fit the theme of the clan and the role the militia will play. Fabian comes from Fabian strategy which was created by Fabius Maximus who chose not to fight Hannibal in large scale battles to eliminate defeat, in order to keep Rome's allies from joining the enemy. These ambushes were small attacks on supply lines and foraging parties. This militia will act similarly by working as a small team and work towards perfecting our PvP as a group rather than individuals. In sieges we will work as a team to delay Attackers or Defenders from reaching the area we are Attacking or Defending through small guerrilla warfare ambushes. Additionally, we will assist in attacking or defending the target as needed.

Small Militia (10-20 players)
Focus:
Fabian Strategy: Delay Attackers/Defenders in Large Sieges
Assist in Attacking/Defending once position is secured or as needed to help drive through enemy defenses All skill levels
All class roles are welcome
Group oriented (Play game as partners/small groups)
Mature Players
Seek to improve their skills as a whole not as an individual.
Any skill level from beginner to pro is welcome.


Our goal would be to work together as often as possible to know each others strengths and weaknesses in combat. Group farming, killing (mobs and players), exploring, etc. More focus on group PvP combat opposed to individual 1 on 1 PvP combat. Players would need to help each other, not only ask for help for themselves. For example, players should understand that farming resources to help raise a players crafting skills will result in better weapons and armor for the group.

This Militia would not likely be the preference of players who:

Prefer Individual Activities outside of sieges
Are strictly crafting oriented (Crafters can join, however I do not think it may be the best militia choice for you)
Like to put blame on the individual
