Are there any shards active in Brittania anymore?

I played around 2002 on L. Superior until WoW vanilla came out so I am not a super/true "old school" player who will sit at West Brit Bank reminsicing about double black blessed sandals or the lizardmen invasion. 

I just want what I loved from this game back:  Being able to raid a Fel champion spawn with a solid crew, camp the star room after, work on house decor, take in a few duels on Wrong roof, and PvM all in the same night.

Atlantic is the most popular shard, you'll find a good amount of people there. Catskills is also decent. Those two I can speak from experience, so not too sure on the others.
