Trying to comunicate any sort of discontent or making any point with Ego or Tiamat is like talking with walls............
I am very simpathetic with people that got ripped off by those 2 buffoons and the puppet master called Dave(Admini).
Oh don't worry, dave right now is still trying to pick his jaw up off the ground over his money making scheme tanking. He took every shortcut he could for his responsibilities as publisher from choosing a half assed billing company to selling home baked game cds. He career as a publisher is probably fairly over at this point.

You're probably referring to Dark and Light. Mourning has never been received that well on these forums even when it had yet to form its current reputation. Dark and Light is fairly popular.

This pisses me off. I really liked alot of the ideas in mourning. A game with open pvp and when I first looked into the game they talked of travel being very realistic. The traveling system sounded alot like morrowind meaning it actually took time to get somewhere. I believe it's map system was also alot like morrowind's where you couldn't see things on your map that you had not seen before. Oh, well lol they messed up i suppose

Well, if these forums were at least half decent moderated then the post should have been deleted and an warning issued to that person. I know that I got banned for some comments less desagreable regardign one of the mmorpg.com mods. I think that this proves our point against MMORPG.com when I told that they did not moderate their forums well.
There is a difference between oppinion, arguable content and insults, don't you think?

Give me a break. Your throwing insults at the mmorpg.com staff now? Early on, you would have very quick bans for everything, and everything would be moved to the "junkyard" and get into the always professional "I'm a Jackass and I have been banned"(really mature). "I'm a Jackass and I have been banned", I think, proves your buddies had some sick fun banning people. It wasn't as bad later, but I still see random bans againist "though criminals"- Xeon, Bitey, Sombra among others. However, you also have filters on your site. That means simple words like "somethingawful", "fraud", "scam" among others.
MMORPG.com has some of the best moderating on the net. People here are much happier then your random "sometimes I ignore, sometimes I throw out heavy bans". And your word is crap, ego. I wouldn't trust anything you say(after countless broken promises), and you have no proof to back up the horribliness of the mmorpg mods. Your not making any friends, ego, especially when you desperatly need the biggest mmorpg on the net to ad for you. The only press your getting from now on will be very negative reviews.
On another note you still haven't answered my question...

Hey, shouldn't you be moderating your own board? There are quite a number of unanswered questions over there. Before you complain about how the moderators are doing their job here, perhaps you should take care of your own site and customers asking legitimate questions. With the small number of posts over there, it shouldn't be that difficult. I mean c'mon, serve your customers first. They're the ones paying money, the least you could do is respond to them.

This is not a Nazi moderated forum like the Mourning one (thank God), we are in the real world here, not in Egomancer dream world.
In fact you should learn something from MMORPG.com moderators.
That s the way a forum should be managed.
If you had good PR skills I doubt that Mourning would be the pile of rubbish it is now, you are the least person that should lecture other moderators on how to manage their communities, since you are a PR disaster.

How dare you to complain about namecalling, while what you ve done to your own fanbase is far more serious than my silly namecalling; ranging from lieing to scamming, from cheating to deceiving, and for insulting people intelligence and openly taking the piss out of your own fanbase.
How dare you to ask the moderators of this forum to ban people that call you Idiot and Incompetent, when there are good reasons to call you that way.
You should be ashamed of all the emotional and financial disstress you put your fanbase into.
After all you ve done, you deserve to take all the shit people throw at you. This is what being an adult is all about, this is what is called taking your responsabilities.
The thing I would do if I was in you, is to apologise to your fanbase for what you ve done to them, and apologise with MMORPG.com community for your erratic posts, to start with.
Stop whining about people not respecting you, roll up your sleeves and start to work hard to give the few souls that still believe in your project something to cheer about, instead of making useless post whining abot people not respecting you.
Respect doesn't come free, you need to deserve it.
Start to show people respect, and you will get some respect.
So far you didn't show any respect for anyone whatsoever, so don't expect some.
PS: This is what I think about you, and I believe that s what 99% of people think of you, whether you like it or not.
People doesn't hate you for nothing, there are good reasons why. The way you speak, the way you behave, the way you over react, the way you manage your company, it is all wrong mate.
You really need a reality check, but most importantly you need to ask yourself if the problem might be you, rather than others.
If I get a ban from MMORPG.com for speaking my mind, fair enough, I will accept the decision.

Hmm Egomancer answer to this which I have posted god knows how many times:
1 month & counting to what the 40% discount was, only fans have come with excusses. Officially THERE IS NO WORD on discount.
Who was MawrMawr? There was a "funny" official repliy (If info checks up he is who he says he is....).
For WoW & CoH pre-order I paid about 6$ (converted) each for postage & cd for beta acces, your fans got to pay 30$.
That was a release not pre-order, not being able to cancel order after april 1:st (date for pre-order beta, thats realese not beta). Also blaming the billing company means illegal actions by the billing company, they cant take money without consent from the company/publisher. (There is no "ooops" regarding contracts).
[Edit: What was the forum upgrade other than DELETING ALL POSTS? The new color scheme was in before "upgrade" & is hardly a upgrade since vBulletin forums has that as a feature.]

This is a game for entertainment, not some sort of great god. It is unacceptable trend to release games in a beta, and hope people will waste there money on it. I'm not sure if Romanians have nothing better to do then wait a year for the game to become "decent", but in America/western Europe there are plenty of other games then this crap. You, in the end, will be partly responsible when other crack-pot developers try to release crap(and fraud customers) if you support this game. The game will not be around in a year. There horrible RP skills, the fraud type elements of the business and the general crappiness of the game will kill it.
Egomancer, your an idiot. You didnt have to pay for the WoW stress test on fileplant, I had a non-subscribers account on fileplanet, meaning I didnt pay for it and I got the minimum things and the WoW stress test was available. Paid for Lineage 2? Most people didnt. Your not very smart, and it is apparent.
I also find it hilarious that you chose to put it on Fileplanet. Don't get me wrong, I'm actually a huge fan and subscriber of FP... but who was the genius who decided to let the game's main download be through a page that let's users RATE the game? How do you expect to find any customers when the only place they can download the game has it listed with a 2.6/5.0 rating?
It just astonishes me how little thought seems to be put into every decision you guys make. That rating will steer 90% of potential customers away. You're better off with a torrent if Fileplanet is the only download source you can find.
You even made the download file a *.rar. Do you even know what RAR files are for, or did you just choose it because you think not choosing a generic ZIP file makes you seem more computer literate?
